I just finished the family karate class with Igor Sensei here on the Upper West Side, Manhattan. It's a very special place for me because I get to share the class with my son too. The Martial Arts have been a part of my life since I was six years old, and to be able to share that with my son in a place where I think the technique is fantastic, there's so much positive energy, and it's an opportunity to really share something very special and pass it on to the next generation.
